We took a drive last night.
Tuesday night we have decided is Date night. Not that I don't see Dave like every day, but he will ofen bring work that needs to be done. It's nice just being in each others company but we need a night where there is NO WORK ALLOWED. That is now tuesday nights :)

So we went up to Montville and along the mountain last night, stopping off at a few lookouts along the way. Which would have been all romantic if the mozzies weren't out in full force.

Took the Camera and got some sunset pics which I will post later after they have had a date with photoshop to brighten them a bit.

Then we went and got icecream at Mooloolaba and sat overlooking the waves, watching the beach volleyball and the fire twirlers.

Then home to watch Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.

Great night, very relaxing, and even better when spent with the one you love.

...and do some photography.

I haven't been doing enough. I need to do some more. I need the creative outlet. Something to relax me.

I'm writing music and recording it, but photography is a big thing for me as well...I think I might go do some now...

I'm getting married!

It really hit me when we looked at the venue. The gazebo where Dave and I will be married, the gardens where we will have our photo's. The beautiful open reception area. It's all coming together and is really quite overwhelming.

I bought us a wishing well. I figured that we are going to use it for the engagement party and the wedding so why not have our own. And it is treated timber so can be used outside afterwards, perhaps with a plant in it that we buy to remind us of our day.

I never realised just how many things there are to plan, and I take my hat off to anyone who has done it before. And as a bride, you do want things to be perfect and beautiful.

I now have 4 bridesmaids. Karen will be the matron of honor, and Jenna, Amie and Moo (Rachaell - Dave's Sister) are the bridesmaids. I'm happy with this. And I'm sure that they will be there for me along the way.

If anyone knows any good quality, not so pricy places up the Sunshine Coast that I could look at for flowers, cars, dresses, decorations, please please please let me know cause my brain has stopped.

...at how the introduction of laptops for the year 10's has changed them completely. At this moment in time, my class is silent. They are all working extrememly hard on their prac write up.

It amazes me when I consider that they gave me the class with the naughty boys in it cause no one else would have them.

Loving this class.

I could get married in a month!

Just about everything is done. It overwhelms me how easy it was to get everything happening. I haven't even been engaged a week and the venue is book, the minister is ready to go, the videographer is sorted, the photographer is giving us a fantatsic deal, the cake is being made for free, I have a tiara and I have the gift/jewelry for the girls.

All that needs to be done is the dresses, the suits, the cars, the flowers and decorations for the table.

Oh and need to plan an engagement party...no idea where we are going to have it.

haha the engagement party is stressing me out more than the wedding!

Venue is booked...yay for garden wedding.

Minister is on board...yay for old family friends.

Videographer is set...thank God David works for him...much cheaper!

Just need a Photographer...getting heaps of quotes, so I will find the best.

Tiara came today...yay for eBay

Have the girls gift/jewelry...again yay for eBay

Think I might go find a veil now...fingers crossed eBay doesn't let me down...but it hasn't yet :)

To say I'm excited is an understatement!

Am hoping to get the ring tomorrow... would be a lovely valentines, and from some of the stuff he has been saying, I'm pretty sure it's tomorrow!!!

So excited so excited!!!
